my superior double room offered ample space it included a very comfortable bed and a seating area the room's layout was thoughtful there was a separate area for working. the breakfast buffet was expansive i especially enjoyed the variety of pastries and fresh fruits i found the dining area bright and cute.
the in-room air conditioning unit was quite noisy it made it difficult to sleep soundly. the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space there was very little room for personal toiletries i found this inconvenient .

sticky utensils cold food
The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes, acceptable.
I found several issues . The utensils at breakfast were sticky, and the food was cold with a limited variety. I even discovered black particles in my water. It was REALLY off-putting.

the location is quite good, near transportation. the staff at the reception were very helpful. i got an upgrade to a room with a nice view.
My room faced the train tracks, so it was a bit noisy. i found the food ordered via room service disappointing. The quality didn't match the price. there were no complimentary water or tea in the room, a small inconvenience.

the hotel had good placement, close to attractions, the staff was nice. swimming was quite nice and i walked to the eye. the employees were helpful and kept our bags and allowed late checkout.
the elevators were slow. waiting times can be long, especially during peak hours, a minor inconvenience but noticeable.

breakfast included fruits, cereals, breads, bacon and eggs. yogurts, porridge, pancakes and various hot dishes were also available. juices, coffees and teas finished the buffet offerings.

the arrival was cute and very friendly. the staff provided great service during the entire stay. the cleaning staff was attentive, they added nice touches to the room, which i appreciated.

friendly staff efficient check-in good location no complimentary water missing ice bucket extra fee
the staff were friendly and helpful all the time. the location of the hotel was also good. i found the check-in and check-out processes to be fast and efficient (a welcome change!).
i found that the hotel no longer provides complimentary water, even though it was stated on my reservation. i also learned that the hotel does not have large ice buckets. i was told i would have to pay £5 for ice, which i found a bit odd.

comfortable room spacious room easy check train tracks missing items unavailable pool
the room was great! it was very comfortable and spacious. hotel check in and check out were easy to do via the app. i especially enjoyed my time in the executive lounge, it was really good.
The hotel may be on the riverbank, however i was given a room with a view of the train tracks. there were no complimentary items in the room. I had to request it from reception. i could not use the spa facilities because the pool was not available because of children staying at the hotel.
