Reviews and Ratings
The Park Plaza is a lovely hotel with impressive rooms and friendly staff, making it a great choice for travelers. However, some aspects of the service need improvement, particularly regarding communication about amenities and access. The location is convenient, offering access to public transport but could be better for those seeking diverse dining options nearby.
My stay at the Park Hotel was quite disappointing overall. The service was not up to par, as the staff seemed unresponsive and lacked knowledge about hotel policies. Although the dining options had potential with a notable restaurant on-site, the rest of the hotel experience felt forgettable. The amenities were okay, but they didn't justify the price, especially when I expected more given the rates I paid.
I recently stayed at the Park Plaza Riverbank and was blown away by the overall experience. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to major attractions like the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. The rooms were well-maintained, albeit on the smaller side, but comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, I did face some issues during check-in but the staff was receptive and addressed my concerns almost immediately. Dining was enjoyable, particularly the variety offered in the executive lounge. Overall, a memorable stay with a few hiccups, but I'd recommend it for its location and amenities.
I had a fabulous stay at the Park Plaza Riverbank, where the thoughtful attentiveness of the duty manager Salem truly enhanced my experience. The room was stunning, with a fantastic view of the Houses of Parliament, and the pool was a lovely addition for morning relaxation. However, I encountered an issue regarding temperature control in the room and found the corridor lighting a bit oppressive.
My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. The location is fantastic, making it easy to get to major attractions, and the rooms have a modern feel. However, the service we encountered was disappointing, leading to a frustrating stay overall. Although the amenities show promise, there were significant issues that made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
